Welcome to Clientbase Australia

Clientbase Fulfilment Pty Ltd was formed in 2008 to enable Clientbase to service home shopping clients in Australia and New Zealand by offering a similar set of services to those already provided in the UK.

Clientbase operates from a purpose built centre based in Hornsby New South Wales, close to main road and rail networks and the port of Sydney.

The warehouse is fully racked with a variety of mechanical handling equipment. Clients can benefit from preferential packaging, postal and carriage rates when consolidating their needs through Clientbase own contracts.

Clientbase Services

Services provided include:-

- Bulk and pick face storage
- Pick pack and despatch of orders – both single and multiple products
- Returns handling and consolidation; product reworking
- P O Box provision

Contact Centre

The call centre is equipped for up to 28 agent positions and calls can be handled by either dedicated operators or within a bureau environment.

Services include:

- Call handling; order handling and customer service;
- Catalogue requests
- Out of hour calls
- Outbound telemarketing

By operating in three different English speaking countries of Australia, New Zealand and the UK, Clientbase offers a ready made and cost effective mechanism for home shopping companies wishing to test overseas markets. Clientbase has adapted the state of the art E-Lucid system for both Australia and New Zealand taking into account local addresses, taxes, carrier interfaces and currencies.

In addition to the services offered above Clientbase can provide practical advice and local expert contacts to ensure that a client’s overseas business can be set up effectively.
