We have a permanent core of approximately 100 members of staff, based at our two sites and spread between our Warehouse and Contact Centre teams.

Our business is made up of hundreds of small processes that contribute to the whole. Every single member of staff has an important role to play. This is reflected in our scales of pay and in the equitable division of our profit-related bonus, based on the performance of the team as a whole. Providing a high quality of service to our Clients and their customers, directly affects the success and profitability of our company.

The core skills that we need in our in-bound Contact Centre are an excellent telephone manner, good written communication, an understanding and competence in dealing with customer service queries and complaints, good IT skills and the ability to learn a number of different Client systems. Our warehouse team need to be physically fit, and accurate, quick and conscientious in their picking and packing. All of our staff need to have a positive, professional and flexible work ethic, and share our philosophy that what is good for our Clients and their customers, is ultimately good for Clientbase.
