Travelling to Bovey Tracey from Exeter / Bristol / London:

• Take the M5/M4 from London / Bristol. This becomes the A38 just after Exeter.
• The A38 divides. Take the right hand fork directing you to Plymouth and Liskeard.
• Exit A38 taking the signs for Bovey Tracey, Heathfield Industrial Estate, and Newton Abbot.
• This slip road takes you up to a large roundabout. Take the fourth exit directing you to Bovey Tracey and Heathfield Industrial Estate.
• Get into the right hand lane as you approach a set of traffic lights.
• Turn right into Heathfield Industrial Estate / Battle Road.
• Turn left into Cavalier Road (directly opposite a small row of shops on the right hand side).
• Turn right into Fairfax Road, and follow this road around until you see the large Clientbase warehouse on your right hand side (directly opposite the large Brittons of Devon factory on the left).
• Turn through our gates into the car park. There is Visitor Car Parking directly on your right, but if all the spaces are full, please do use the other spaces available.
• Come around to the front of the building and press on the buzzer. (Do not enter via any of the large warehouse doors)

A) If travelling north from Cornwall, from the Tamar Bridge (toll bridge), continue along the A38 passing Plymouth then:

• Exit the A38 at Ivybridge.
• The slip road leads up to a small roundabout.
• Take the last exit. This takes you onto the flyover bridge over the A38.
• Take the left hand turn, signposted Ermington.

B) If travelling south from Exeter / Bristol etc. The M5 becomes the A38. Follow all the signs for Plymouth. You will pass numerous exit signs for Newton Abbot, Ashburton, Buckfastleigh, South Brent and Kingsbridge. Then:

• Exit the A38 at Ivybridge.
• The slip road ends at a T junction. You will be facing the Ivybridge Tennis Club. Turn left.

Now follow these instructions for both A) and B) routes:

• Travel along the narrow winding road leading into Ermington and straight through the centre of this small village.
• At the T-junction at bottom of hill - turn right, following all signs for Kingsbridge (A379).
• Turn left taking all signs for Kingsbridge, and then left again over two small hump-back bridges.
• Continue along this road until you reach the outskirts of Modbury (where the road will swoops into a dip and there are a number of houses on the left hand side).
• Immediately after this dip, as the road rises, you will see a sharp left hand turn into New Mills Industrial Estate.
• Turn into the small industrial estate. All of the units are located around a very large tarmac square. (Please note that if you find yourself in the centre of Modbury village – you have gone too far and need to retrace your steps).
• Modbury House is a large, glass-fronted building in the top right-hand corner of the square. There are numerous car parking spaces for you to park.
• When you enter the building, Clientbase is located on the ground floor. Press on the buzzer of the left hand door.
